I’d like to begin this episode by acknowledging the land that I am learning and living on is the traditional unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg People.

I have been in your shoes.  I have been that subordinate who was suddenly the boss of my friends.  I have had to have the tough conversations, make the difficult and unpopular choices, celebrated with people, and made the embarrassing mistakes.  

This podcast is for emerging leaders who are looking for advice, a helping hand, or a reminder that we were all new to leading.
