I was fortunate enough to be invited as a guest on the Second Scene podcast with Michael podcast, a Dweebs Global Production, where we talked about my experiences with the Canadian Armed Forces, the differences /similarities between professional military leadership training and post-graduate leadership education.

I am here today with Simon Kardynal. Simon was in the Canadian armed forces for 26 years. While in the armed forces he was able to take many leadership courses including the Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University. After retiring in January of 2021 he took a job as a contractor which has allowed him to use the skills he learned from these leadership courses and follow his true passions.
