Systems thinking is essential for leaders to understand how to lead our teams. In fact, systems thinking is so vital, she stated, “I believe that our very survival depends upon us becoming better systems thinkers.”

In this episode of Trench Leadership: A Podcast From the Front, we’ll be discussing systems thinking, it’s importance and how we’ll use it in our daily lives. We’ll break down the concept, followed by examples of how to use systems thinking.
